RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For returns or damage claims, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com with the first and last name of the order, order confirmation number, and a brief description of the issue. A shipping address and photo verification of damages will also be required for all damage claims.
For returns, all products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery of all products, sealed and undamaged. After receiving and inspecting all products, and it is determined that all products are in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
In the case of returns, we will issue a refund within 30 days of the final inspection for satisfactory conditions of all returned products. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning all products. Customers are encouraged to use a product’s original packaging when returning a product. A return address will be provided once the return process has been initiated.
For damages, photo verification is required. Please send photos of any damages, along with the first and last name of the order, order confirmation number, a current shipping address, and a brief description of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of delivery of all products.
In the case of damages, photos sent to email@example.com will be assessed to determine whether War Games LV will send a replacement part, or exchange the damaged product for a new product. If it is determined that parts may be replaced, any replacement parts will be sent within 14 days of photo assessment to the shipping address provided to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it is determined that products must be exchanged, any new products will be sent to the shipping address provided to email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of damaged products. War Games LV will provide a shipping label via email for the damaged product. Customers are responsible for using the carrier associated with the provided shipping label. Customers are also responsible for using a product’s original packaging when exchanging a product.
