Craft and execute policy during the Policy Phase. You may purchase Infrastructure, Missions, Trade Agreements, and other cards using your Economic Points. All face-up cards on the Floor will be for sale, exclusively to you. Do not replenish purchased cards.

You may now deploy any revealed nukes to the Player Countries of your choosing. Attacked Player Countries may use their Defense Systems at this time.

Missions and UN Peacekeepers will also be played during this phase.
